About the course

This course will provide delegates with a detailed grounding in food law.

This course will be suitable for anyone working in a food business with responsibility for food law compliance such as Technical and QA staff, product development and production staff who need a comprehensive overview of food regulation.

Who is the Tutor?

Dr Andy Bowles - Andy is a specialist food law solicitor who has years of experience gained as a Quality Assurance Manager in the dairy industry and as Acting Head of Environmental Health at a London Borough. He has lectured extensively on food law matters on behalf of the Food Standards Agency.

Where is the training taking place?

The seminar will be held in Norwich

Norwich - ABC Food Law Executive box at Norwich City Football Club, Carrow Road, Norwich. There is free on site parking and the venue is a short walk from Norwich station (London Liverpool St 1 hr 50 mins). There is also a Holiday Inn on site(please note that the course fee does not include accommodation)
