Andrew Gilden

Andrew Gilden is a Food Law Advisor for ABC Food Law and is responsible for developing and delivering training courses and providing compliance advice to our clients.

Andrew was previously a Trading Standards Officer at Norfolk County Council and his work includes the delivery of the following courses to local authority officers on behalf of the Food Standards Agency:

• Food Information Regulation
• Food Standards Improvement Notice drafting
• Evidence gathering and investigation skills
• UKFSS
• Food standards update
