FSA Competency Framework

A subscription to ABC Food law Online PLUS provides access to our range of online training courses, live webinars and our library of over 85 "on-demand" webinars.

The Food law Code of Practice (March 2021) states:

"Competent Authorities must:

• develop and implement a training programme to ensure that authorised officers receive the training ... relevant to the activities they undertake
• ensure their training programmes are informed by, and address, any areas identified where an authorised officer’s competence falls short of that required to perform their current role or to extend it to new areas of activity"

We have mapped our training resources against the FSA Competency Framework to make it easier to find webinars or online courses to top-up your knowledge and understanding in relevant areas.
