"Return to Work" Food Law Refresher

This two-day intensive food law refresher course has been designed to provide delegates with a good grounding in food hygiene, general and imported food law and enforcement practice.

The tutor: Dr Andy Bowles, FCIEH, FIFST, Specialist Food Law Solicitor.

Delegates will typically be:

• Environmental Health Practitioners wishing to move to food enforcement from other discilines
• Food officers returning to food law enforcement after a career break.
• Regulatory support officers wishing to improve their knowledge in this area of enforcement.
• Food Lead Officers wishing to update their knowledge.
