Welcome to Sally Homden

Sally Homden has now joined us as a Food Law Advisor and will be responsible for developing and delivering training courses and providing compliance advice to our clients.

Sally is a qualified Environmental Health Officer and her work will include the delivery of the following courses to local authority officers on behalf of the Food Standards Agency:

• Food Hygiene Sanctions
• HACCP
• Lead Officer training 

Sally is also available to provide guidance and advice to businesses on food hygiene and other compliance matters.
