Webinar CPD certificates

We are aware that some subscribers have had difficulty obtaining CPD certificates following completion of our webinars. This has mainly been due to local firewall and spam filter settings. As such we will no longer be sending CPD certificates by e-mail.

We have now arranged for the certificates to be automatically delivered to your "Certificates" folder in pdf format and you can download and print them from there.

Please note that CPD certificates will become available the day after a live webinar and normally within 7 days after completing an "on-demand" webinar.

We hope that this will guaratee the prompt delivery of CPD certificates in future.
