The purpose of this course is to assist Lead Food Officers to understand the requirements of the Food Law Code of Practice, Practice Guidance, Competency Standard and Framework Agreement.

The course comprises six modules and an optional assessment module:

• Module 1: Introduction
• Module 2: Framework Agreement
• Module 3: Authorisation and Competency
• Module 4: Delivery of Interventions
• Module 5: Food Incidents, alerts and food crime
• Module 6: Enforcement
