Summer School 2011

The topics for this years Summer School are:

 

2nd August: Approved establishments

3rd August: Prohibition and Remedial Action Notices

4th August: Vacuum and Modified Atmosphere Packing

 

Places are available for each of the courses at a cost of £95 + vat per day per person. There are also multi-booking discounts available:

Three places: £225 + vat

Four or more places: £65 + vat per place.
