RIPA Course Online

This course provides the reader with an overview of the requirements of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 and how this legislation impacts on the work of local government officers.

The course includes guidance on the acquisition of communications data, the use of directed surveillance and the operation of Covert Human Intelligence Sources.
