Online Courses for the Food Industry

Our online training courses are suitable for Technical Managers, Quality Assurance Managers, Compliance Managers and similar roles within the manufacturing, retail and catering sectors.

The online courses provide detailed, technical guidance on a range of topics including food law, HACCP and allergen management.

The courses are modular in nature and on successful completion of an end of module quiz the reader is provided with a certificate to download.

In addition to the online training, an annual subscription of £75 + vat per person includes access to our library of legislation and guidance.
