***NEW*** Practice Guidance online course
The Food Law Practice Guidance (England) was reissued by the Food Standards Agency in March.
All officers who perform food official controls and other activities should be familiar with the contents of this guidance.
We have reproduced the full guidance in an e-learning format to complement the recently published Food Law Code of Practice online course.
The course comprises 6 modules and provides 17 Hours CPD.:
- Module 1- Administration, liaison and co ordination (3.5 Hours)
- Module 2 - Authorisation, qualification and competency. (1 hour)
- Module 3 - Delivery of interventions (4 hours)
- Module 4 - Incidents, alerts and food crime.(40 minutes)
- Module 5 - Enforcement (4 hours)
- Module 6 - Subject specific guidance (4hours)
