New online food safety procedures

Our new flexible online food safety procedure service can provide you with a range of procedures to demonstrate compliance with the Framework Agreement.

The service includes interactive training modules which can be used to update staff and demonstrate to third parties that the procedures have been read and understood.

Existing procedures can be uploaded to the system and converted to an interactive format or new bespoke procedures can be developed to meet your specific needs. The procedures are internet based and so can be accessed by staff from home without the need for specialist IT arrangements.

The cost

New bespoke procedure development fee: £200 + vat per procedure

Upload and conversion of existing procedure: £100 + vat per procedure

Annual fee including interactive training module and updates: £75 + vat per procedure.

How does it work?

Access to the interactive procedures is by username/password. Once the procedures have been developed/converted to an interactive format, 12 month access to each procedure will cost £75 for an unlimited number of staff.

Interactive quizzes

Each online procedure includes a short interactive quiz which may be used to demonstrate that staff have read and understood the procedure. CPD certificates are generated once the training module for the procedure has been successfully completed.
