FSA Inter-authority auditing course

The course is designed to assist local authority officers to conduct an audit of a food safety service as part of an inter-authority auditing scheme. Attendance on the course is free of charge to local authority officers*

The course programme includes a review of the Framework Agreement, an overview of FSA audit documentation together with practical tips and guidance on local authority audit techniques.
