FSA Inter-authority audit training

The aim of this 2-day course is to provide delegates with the necessary skills to undertake an audit of the imported food function at points of entry. The course will provide delegates with an overview of the audit process, review the documentation used for audits and give guidance on audit techniques and report writing.

The course is available on the following dates:

Manchester: 10th and 11th November

London: 5th & 6th January; 2nd & 3rd February.

Attendance is free of charge.
