Food Standards Training in Scotland

We are running three separate food standards courses in Glasgow in june:

Introduction to Food Standards: Is aimed at officers who are new to this area of work.

Food Standards Sampling: A practical course providing delegates with "hands on" guidance on formal food standards sampling techniques.

Food Standards Update: A course for more experienced officers on recent and upcoming changes to food standards law.
