Food and Feed Contaminants Summer School 2008

Whether you are a food or a feed officer, the Food Safety Act 1990, the Official Feed and Food Control Regulations 2007 and Feed Hygiene Regulations provide a mechanism to detain, formally sample or seize contaminated products if they fail statutory maximum 

The courses are aimed to take the mystery out of such legislation and will take you through the fundamentals in a step by step approach whilst satisfying the requirements of the Food or Feed Law Code of Practice.
