Feed and Food Contaminants Training

Common contaminants associated with feed and foods include mycotoxins, dioxins and heavy metals. There is increasing consumer concern about the presence of such contaminants in the food chain and a plethera of legal controls relating to them.

We are running the following courses in London, Manchester and Glasgow to help officers to provide adequate advice to businesses and to take appropriate enforcement action where necessary.
