About the Programme

The course aims to provide delegates with the skills required to undertake effective criminal investigations. The course will help delegates to:

Recognise the Rules of Evidence and where to apply them.
Develop interviewing skills.
Enhance Statement writing skills.
Understand the requirements of RIPA and CPIA.
Undertake PACE interviews.
Produce prosecution files
Present evidence in court

The course will be delivered by Dr Andy Bowles, a practising solicitor with huge experience in the investigation and prosecution of criminal offences.
