Compliance Course Directory
We have a range of courses now available to the food industry to help food business operators and managers to comply with the requirements of food law.
We run our classroom based seminars at Norwich City Football Club which has free onsite parking, is a short walk from Norwich Station and is convenient for Norwich airport. Topics for our autumn/spring programme include:
- Food Law Compliance for Technical Managers (two day course)
- Food Labelling
- Approved establishments
- Traceability, product withdrawal and recall
- Imported Food
- Allergen Management
Course fees are just £95 + vat per person for the one day courses, £190 + vat for the 2 day course and include:
- Lunch and refreshments
- Comprehensive delegate notes
- Certificate of attendance
