This is an excellent opportunity for food manufacturers of all sizes to network and speak to experts on a range of topics relating to food.
The day is divided into two sessions:
Morning (10:00 - 13:00) - A series of short presentations from experts on topics as diverse as the new nutrition labelling rules to recovering money from HMRC for product development.
Lunch (provided)
Afternoon (13:45 - 16:00) - Some more short presentations and an opportunity to discuss your queries on an individual basis with the experts of your choice.
The bootcamp will be held on Wednesday 16th November at the "Legends Lounge" Norwich City Football Club, Carrow Road, Norwich.
Places are available for £25 inc vat. However, the event is provided free of charge to delegates who are members of Tastes of Anglia, Norfolk Food and Drink or Grub Club . The event is jointly sponsored by ABC Food Law and the institute of Food Research.
The event is suitable for anyone involved in the manufacturing of food but will be of particular interest to artisan, SME and start up businesses.
The programme will include spekers on the following topics as well as a "Speed Dating" session where delegates will be given the opportunity to discuss their queries with any of the morning's speakers.
