ABC Food Safety Online in Scotland

ABC Food Safety are delighted to announce that they are working with the Food Standards Agency in Scotland to provide the opportunity for every local authority enforcement officer across Scotland to access their online training facility.

From 1st October enforcement officers throughout Scotland will be able to complete online training courses on a variety of topics including: the “Audit of HACCP Systems”, “Approved Establishments” and the “Food Law Code of Practice”.

The online training courses will provide officers working in Scotland with cost effective, readily accessible learning opportunities and continuing professional development .
