Who is the course aimed at?

This webinar will be on interest to local authority officers working in the field of food safety. It will act as both a refresher for authorised officers and as a basic introduction to those seeking authorisation.

This webinar considers the legislative and Code of practice requirements for the emergency prohibition of food processes, treatments, equipment and premises. It also considers the use prohibition procedures by the Courts.
