Safe production of beefburgers

Introduction

An increasing number of caterers are now offering rare and medium rare burgers to their customers. This course provides delegates with a review of the guidance recently issued by the Food Standards Agency on this topic together with the opportunity to discuss compliance strategies.

The course ia aimed at Environmental Health staff whose role is to undertake food hygiene inspections.

 

Course programme

The course will review the recently issued guidance on the Safe Production of Beef Burgers and will provide delegates with practical advice on the application of this guidance.

The course will be run at Norwich City Football Grouund on 22nd September 2016. The cost of £175 + vat per delegate includes lunch, refreshments, delegate notes and CPD certificate.
