All of the online courses provide users with up to 6 hours CPD each in short topic-based modules. Self tests and quizzes are included to aid in the learning process and users may download a set of course notes to keep. CPD certificates are automatically generated on completion of each module and may be printed out if required.

The courses are available via the internet and there is no requirement to install software. The service also includes a searchable glossary of technical terms, a library of relevant legislation and links to further reading.
